The location was strategic, we could easily reach our destinations by walking or metro. The room had all the necessary, and the curtain blocked the sunlight completely, I could finally get good quality sleep in a total dark room. The breakfast had good sources of protein (fish, eggs), which I appreciated. The view was just the concrete wall of the next building but that's not why we chose this hotel, so I'll definitely recommend this place.

I like that the hotel is clean, even the elevator and the dining area. The different types of pillows are also a plus. I love the scent at the hotel entrance.

right in the city center, 6 min to the metro. welcoming staff and good breakfast. the room was clean, usb chargers on the bed.

Located in upscale avenue, near covered street with plenty of shops and eating options, 5 minutes by foot from metro stations. Room was very comfortable, spotless, soundproof, and functional. I did not have time to take advantage of the included breakfast nor the gym, but they both looked excellent.

Great location walking distance to main shopping and entertainment district and close to the subway on multiple lines. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and free breakfast had everything you could want.

I liked the stay in this hotel a lot - great location for shopping with easy access to attractions via subway. The staff was really friendly. I used a laundry service and they returned my clothes the next day. Breakfast was superior for the price.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy! The breakfast was great and there was a good selection of foods. The location was excellent, close to the city centre but away from the noise at nigh time. The hotel provided a good selection of amenities and the shower was absolutely amazing.

The place is very clean and well maintained. The property is also very close to the Central Area, with lots of food options available near by. Pratee and Susan helped me with my changes to accommodation and were so warm and helpful. My partner and I are very pleased with the service at Holiday Inn Express. Pratee also helped us with luggage transfer to another hotel and handled evening so efficiently. Thank you so much!

I was surprised by how spacious the room was since the previous hotels we stayed in Japan were pretty small. The breakfast was a buffet with many choices, both Japanese style and western style. The price was even cheaper than the other hotels we stayed. The staff was very good and helped us ship our luggages to the next hotel. Highly recommended!
